The FreeWave MM2 is a mini (2" H x 1.4" W) data radio with the industry’s best in-class performance and all the dependability our customers have come to expect from FreeWave. The MM2 offers the same functionality as our FGR Series, with a minuscule size that’s ideal for embedding into OEM products such as sensors, RTUs (Remote Terminal Units), PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), robots and unmanned vehicles (UAVs, UUVs and UGVs).
Key features of the MM2 include:
- Up to 60 miles line of sight.
- Superior performance in noisy environments.
- Temperature range from -40ºC to +85ºC (-40ºF to +185ºF).
- Single radio configurable as a master, slave, or slave/repeater.
- 2.0" x 2.0" (50.8 mm x 50.8 mm) & only weighs 21 grams (340-400 MHz & 1.3 GHz versions).
- Ethernet with 2 serial ports available*.
- TDMA - Time Divisible Multiple Access available
