- From the moment FreeWave Technologies hired its first employee, it has been profitable
- This profitability is shared with the employees through bi-annual bonuses. Since the summer of 1995, FreeWave has distributed cash bonuses to its employees consistently every 6 months
- The Company contributes 15% of cash compensation on behalf of the employees to a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) program. This program is self directed by employees, with immediate vesting
